Enduring Ambon residents in Evacuation

A total of 3016 residents of Ambon still survive in refugee camps following the lack of clarity of the Local Government (Government) about the fate of their local.

Ida One refugee said he was still waiting for the government to rebuild their homes or relocated. But unfortunately, Ida continued, until the current government has not made the data collection and visiting the scene.

"We are here in great need of government assistance," he said on Wednesday (14/09/2011).

Meanwhile, thousands of refugees are still occupying a number of church buildings, Mosques and schools. And they were very poor condition. And the refugees still need clothes, food and beverages, especially for infants and school books.
